Top 10 Beach Cafes in Jersey

 

Jersey has some great beach cafes to match the beautiful beaches, in fact some of them are so good we locals eat in them!!

CABIN CAFE:

Right on the beach at the La Haule slipway on St Aubin's Bay. Very good Eggs Benedict for breakfast and nice seafood lunches. Nicer at high tide

 

COLLEEN'S CAFE:

On the north of the island right on the small beach of Greve de Lecq.

Cakes are specially recommended.

 

FORT VIEW CAFE:

Unassuming, friendly small cafe with indoor & outdoor tables right in front of St Aubin's Fort in St Aubin's Bay. One of the best value English breakfasts in Jersey and interesting specials like Welsh rarebit are always good.

 

GUNSITE CAFE:

This cafe right on St Aubin's Bay has been serving great English Breakfasts to locals and visitors for decades.

 

HUNGRY MAN:

This small kiosk on Rozel Harbour with a few chairs and tables serving BIG food is a local institution.
The bacon buttie is always good as are the burgers.
The scones are the size of a small island, the tea  is served in oil barrels, the Double Decker Health Wrecker is on your doctors don't do list, the Marshmallow Mountain is a thing of strangeness, beauty and the creation of a mind that 'thinks outside the box'.

 

LE BRAYE CAFE:

Perfect location right on St Ouen's Bay. Good salads and wonderful crab sandwiches. 

 

MAD MARY'S CAFE:

Best value crab sandwiches in Jersey and the chilli burger and cakes are also recommended. Jersey ice cream available right on a beautiful bay, served by regular buses from town.

 

 

OLD STATION CAFE:

Hire a bike and cycle for about 10 minutes out of town on the cycle track and stop off at this excellent cafe.  During the day you can enjoy reliable and hearty regulars like English breakfast, delicious hot chocolates and of Jersey cream tea and scones. Early evening it turns into a good Thai cafe.

 

THE LINE UP:

Basically a mobile kitchen right on the beach at St Ouen's Bay.
Great  bacon rolls, crepes,  gut busting American style burgers, pancakes and more.
As for the view, you'd be hard pressed to beat it with Atlantic waves crashing down on St. Ouen's Bay just yards away.
In summer months pick up food from their BBQ and eat it on the beach.
Open 7 days a week all year round.

The best cafe on St Brelade's Bay! Right on the beachfront, great views. Food is a cut above your normal cafe menu. Open every day in the summer from 9.00a.m.
