The Jersey Boathouse restaurant and bar with a design by numbers interior, reasonable- though overpriced- food is the newest addition to the local restaurant scene.
A short drive down the bay road is our favourite restaurant, Bistro Soleil, get an outdoor seat in summer and order the fruits de mers
If the weather isn't so good get a window seat overlooking St Aubins Bay and get there for the sunset!
Bars & Pubs in St Aubins Bay
Our favourite bar in St Aubin is the recently opened and very stylish Jersey Boathouse with great views over the quaint harbour.
The best pub is definitely The Tenby- good Sunday lunch- and a small seating area outside.
The Old Court House has a lovely original interior, but the front has been 'vandalised' by the addition of a tacky 'greenhouse' style add on. In the 1980's- when it was the setting for Lil's Bar in the BBC series Bergerac- this was the bar to drink on a summers night and the restaurant was excellent. However times change and that's no longer the case. Plus ca change!
